Transportation to Vail

Fly directly into Eagle County Regional Airport (EGE), and the hotel will be approximately 40 minutes away. You can rent a car or shared rides can be coordinated with Epic Mountain Express for approximately $59 each way. Visitors can fly into EGE via American Airlines, Delta, and United Airlines.

You can also fly into Denver, DIA, and Vail will be about a two hour drive. Again, you can rent a car or book a shared ride with Epic Mountain Express for approximately $89 each way.

Room Information

We have reserved the special room rate of $229 per night for our conference attendees, July 24-29th. Rates are available three days pre and post based on availability. The special room rate will be available until June 17, 2021 or until the group block is sold-out, whichever comes first. In addition to the room rate, there is also a minimal resort fee of $10 per night (normally $35) which includes the following services:

• shuttle service to Lionshead and Vail Villages
• in room coffee and tea service
• local telephone access 
• in-room high speed internet access
• meeting space high speed internet access
